Our Story
A LITTLE BIT
WILD WEST
A husband-and-wife team runs the kitchen here — proper Thai cooking, Chinese dumplings out of the steamer, and a grill that doesn't quit. Som tum pounded to order. Curries built on paste we make ourselves. Regulars call it the best Thai on the Northern Beaches; we just call it home.
The cowboy thing isn't a costume. It's a room where the tables get pushed together, the singing starts around nine, and nobody's precious about it.

There's a screen at the back of the shop and a microphone — if you're up for it, just ask our staff and we'll get it going. Most nights it kicks off from around 6:30pm onward, purely on request. No bands, no fixed schedule, just whoever feels like singing.
